Officers made contact with the owner of the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle had been burglarized. The caller told officers that he was surrounded by 4 black males who attempted to steal his money. The caller said he fought off the suspects and all four suspects ran into a nearby wooded area.
The caller then told officers that he believed the suspects were part of a motorcycle gang and all 4 suspects left the area on dirt bikes instead. Officers checked the area and did not locate any suspects or witnesses.
The caller told officers that nothing was taken from him during the incident and he did not wish to prosecute if the suspects were to be located. The caller then signed a Refusal To Prosecute Form. Schalk and partner IRO came across an occupied stolen vehicle while on patrol at the above location. The vehicle, a white Nissan Extera FL tag QBQ, was parked near the roadway and Ofc Schalk observed 5 males inside the vehicle occupying various area of the passenger compartment.

The victim said her vehicle was broken into while she was in the store. The victim cell phone was stolen from the vehicle. Officers met with an injured male who alleged to have been stabbed by another. Investigation revealed that the two subjects were fighting over a pocket knife and cut each other in the process.
It was also learned that the argument started when they accused each of splashing rain water onto their respective luggage. Both subjects were treated by BBFD Paramedics for non-life-threatening injuries and both parties signed refusal to prosecute forms. The caller said she left her residence unsecured and unknown persons stole 2 flat screen televisions from within.
Victim believes he may have left his vehicle unlocked. Victim advised that two 2 Hispanic males approached him at north side of the complex. One of the subjects pointed a small handgun towards his chest demanding his money and cell phone.
Both subjects last seen running southbound towards Gateway Blvd. Case turned over to Detective Bureau. Victim believes she may have left her vehicle unlocked. Officers canvassed the area and located 10 9mm and 14 40cal shell casings in the roadway in front of NW 1st street.
Further investigation revealed the occupied house was struck along with a vehicle parked in the driveway. No one inside the home was harmed. Officers made contact with a subject who had a reported warrant out of Miami Dade PD. Upon arrival, Officer Jennings discovered a Nissan Versa to be a parked and occupied. A records check revealed the vehicle to be stolen out of PBSO. The two occupants of the vehicle fled on foot. Officer pursued the driver and utilized his Taser without success. Officers stopped a vehicle silver SUV that was seen leaving the area upon their arrival. Officers learned that the occupants of the SUV went to the store to purchase illegal drugs from individuals standing outside of the store.
The occupants said they were robbed of the their money by a black male wearing a white t-shirt and shorts. The driver of the vehicle said he attempted to run after the male suspect when another subject started shooting in the area.
The victim did not see the subject doing the shooting and the victim was not sure if he was being targeted by the shooting. Officers were able to recover shell casings in the area of W. The victim who is a Walmart employee told officers that he went to check on his vehicle during his lunch break when he noticed a shattered window to the rear of the vehicle. Approximately one hour later, the vehicle was recovered unoccupied by Lantana PD.

Local hospitals were checked for anyone with gunshot wounds. No suspect info or additional vehicle info available.

At the same time, a pedestrian approached an officer at the scene to report a carjacking. Evergreen Cir hours Officers responded to the above address in reference to suspicious persons. Officers checked the area and were not able to locate the suspicious persons. Officers discovered multiple unlocked vehicles were broken into during their investigation.
The first subject, a juvenile, was processed at BBPD and turned over to the custody of his parents. Victim stated that unknown suspect s entered his unsecured vehicle and stole property from within. Victim stated that she awoke to her daughter fleeing from the residence. The daughter does not have any legal right to be on the property, and has been previously trespass warned and evicted.
Federal Hwy hours The victim advised that during the earlier morning hours approx. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras located throughout the business. The caller stated that the subjects were able to start the Bobcat and were last seen northbound on Railroad Ave. Officers responded to the area but were unable to locate the Bobcat or the suspects.
